Skills Training & Certifications

Participants of this Program receive training in the following Legislation required by the Occupation Health & Safety Act & WHMIS Regulation 860. OHSA s 25, s27, s28 & Duties & Responsibilities, Rights of Workers, WHMIS Regulation 860: OHSA PART IV Toxic Substances

Proof of Training:  Electronic validation documents will be sent by email, approximately 2 weeks after training is completed, to the contact email provided upon booking. Wallet Cards are mailed out by Canada Post around 2 weeks after training.

• Payment: $89.00 Plus HST and Eventbrite fees per person based on a minimum class size requirement. Payment must be received at time of booking.

Please note: This is a 4 hour course – Facilitated by Industry Safety Trainers

The HMA has the right to cancel/reschedule if the minimum class size requirement is not met. You will be notified of any changes within 5 business days of the scheduled training session.

HMA Cancellation Policy: An administrative fee of 15% will be charged for any booking withdrawals. A refund of 85% will be given if a company/registrant withdraws within 7 business days prior to the course date. Following this the full amount will be charged.

Class/Program Cancellation: All pre-paid fees will be refunded within 7 business days if the course is cancelled.

Additional Notes:

• There is a Lunch Room in the facility.
• Proper footwear is required, no open toe shoes or high heel shoes permitted.
