Carlie Clendenning served as the HMA GEARS Recognition Program Assistant with the Huron Manufacturing Association from October 2021 to August 2022.

From a small town in Huron County, Carlie’s educational background is Human Resources &d Occupational Health and Safety. Helping to keep people safe at work is a passion of hers. Her background in Human Resources played a key role in developing & initiating the HMA GEARS Recognition Program for Huron County Manufacturers while assisting with ToolBOX Resources providing valuable HR, Health and Safety information to the HMA Membership.

Carlie has a young daughter that keeps her quite busy, in her downtime she likes to spend time with her family, baking, cooking, and painting. 

Carlie thoroughly enjoyed working on this new HMA initiative with the GEARS Team using her education & experience to help wherever possible. She anticipates a career in HR, Health and Safety contributing to happy & healthy work environments.
