For staff required to lockout equipment for servicing or cleaning you will learn what the legal responsibilities are, understanding the hazards and the steps involved in, why it’s required and a review of sample lockout tagout procedure.

• Payment: $150.00 Plus HST & Eventbrite Fees per person based on minimum class. Payment must be received at time of booking

Please note: This is a 3 and a half hour course and The HMA has the right to cancel/reschedule if the minimum class size requirement is not met. You will be notified of any changes within 5 business days of the scheduled training session.

HMA Cancellation Policy: An administrative fee of 15% will be charged for any booking withdrawals. A refund of 85% will be given if a company/registrant withdraws within 7 business days prior to the course date. Following this the full amount will be charged.

Class/Program Cancellation: All pre-paid fees will be refunded within 7 business days if the course is cancelled.

Additional Notes:

• There is a Lunch Room in the facility.
• Proper footwear is required, no open toe shoes or high heel shoes permitted.
